We believe that when people make substantial investments in building a home or invest in any other construction development in Mexico that it can be done at a very high level of quality. Our projects include standards and specifications we have become acccustomed to in the United States and Canada. We have partnered with Finton Associates http://www.fintonassociates.com/ and created a Mexican construction company Finton Constrcution Mexico http://www.fintonconstructionmexico.blogspot.com/ for construction of our designs as well as building homes designed by other architects. Our team in Mexico is comprised almost entirely of Mexican architects, builders and engineers that work under our direction and to our design and construction standards. This is a blog about Shubin and Donaldson Architects Inc. http://www.shubinanddonaldson.com/ architectural activities in Mexico. Robin Donaldson AIA and Russell Shubin AIA LEED AP are partners in the company and have been designing custom homes, hotels, beach clubs, and land planning for a wide range of projects in different areas of Mexico. The majority of our work has been in Loreto Bay, BCS http://www.loretobay.com/loretosep/ designing custom homes, the Loreto Bay Beach Club for David Butterfield, as well as a whole host of other projects under his direction. Since the management change our involvement with the Loreto Bay Company ended and we are now focused on designing and building custom homes in Loreto Bay and other areas with Finton Contstruction Mexico http://www.fintonconstructionmexico.blogspot.com/. This blog will keep our friends, clients and anyone else interested up to date on our professional activities in Mexico.
